Family Fun Nite yoga postponed
Since the beautiful weather is not sticking around through Friday, we’re postponing our Friday Family Fun Nite @elkcafebk until after the tents go up in November! Please check back with us for our new date! Stay warm and comfy and keep practicing those down dogs!

We’ll be having yoga class @elkcafebk today! We’ll be jumping, hopping, maybe even going upside down to warm up and clear the mind;). Dress warm, we’ll use the wonderful heat lamps in the backyard to stay cozy too! See you at 4pm, details on schedule page!

Holidays are for yoga!
